The AGS Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers will be held in Tucson at the Best Western Inn Suites, 6201 N. Oracle Road on Tuesday, September 2nd. Your Executive Committee encourages participation by all members in the Annual General Meeting and Election. The AGS Bylaws, modified in May 2008, specify that an electronic ballot is to be made available to any member who cannot attend the September meeting. Absentee ballots must be signed, dated, and returned to Secretary Claudia Stone by mail, fax, or email prior to noon on September 2nd. Contact information for the AGS Secretary is on the ballot.
