Become a Dinner Meeting Monthly Sponsor

A meeting sponsorship includes:
- Your PowerPoint Slides auto playing during social hour and dinner until the speaker’s presentation,
- Display table available, as well as ability to place marketing material on dinner tables,
- Three minutes or so microphone time during business meeting to tell the membership about your company and services,

Company name and Logo in Newsletter,

Company name and link on three meeting e-mails to our 450+ contact database, and a link on the AGS website as the monthly Sponsor, and
- Free Dinner & registration for you at the sponsored meeting.
The sponsor commitment is $400. These funds help to offset the increasing costs of the dinner meetings and other activities of the Society and contribute to our efforts to keep conferences and field trips affordable to students.
Sponsorship must be coordinated in advance with AGS VP Marketing at vpmarketing@arizonageologicalsoc.org. Sponsorships are available for 2019. You may pay by check written to Arizona Geological Society or by secure credit card payment.
