Description - The AGS Fall field trip will be October 26th to visit exploration projects focused on porphyry Cu deposits in the Casa Grande area. The field trip will include visits to Ivanhoe's Santa Cruz project and Arizona Sonoran Copper Company's Cactus project (Sacaton deposit). A detailed announcement of the trip will be forthcoming. The preliminary plan is to meet in the Casa Grande area for presentations on the geology, exploration, ongoing feasibility studies, and hands-on examination of drill core from each site.
We encourage and will help facilitate car-pooling from the Tucson and Phoenix areas.

Maximum Number of Participants: 25 (AGS to host lottery if registration tops 25)

Once registration is closed on October 23rd, we’ll draw names and immediately inform registrants of their status. No payment is due until you have been notified of your status.
MSHA Requirements - Personal Protection Equipment is required for each participant (hard hat, steel-toed boots, long pants, reflective vest, safety glasses).

To expedite registration, participants are encouraged to bring a signed copy of this form with them on the morning of the field trip. Additional copies will be available at the check-in for those who forget.
